Good disinfection is essential for reliable cultivation. That is why Smit Constructie supplies various models of disinfection lines.

Disinfection line

The disinfection line is able to disinfect 20 crates of bulbs measuring 150 x 120 cm.

The disinfection line is manufactured from thermally galvanised steel, which offers excellent protection against the corrosive products that are used in the fluid. The fluid tank and the drip channels are made from aluminium.

• Capacity during disinfection: 150 m³/h.
• Capacity of fluid tank: 2m³
• The machine can be perfectly adjusted using a PLC controller.

The bulbs are disinfected during a set time interval (PLC controller).

A foam system can also be used for disinfection. This works more rapidly and does not leave any fluid residues.
